Seattle, USA, has been one office building richer since the end of this year. The 2+U building on the corner of Second and University does not excel in its height or non-traditional materials, but passers-by are still fascinated at first sight.

The glazed atrium covers several cascading floors and reaches an incredible 42 meters at the highest point. Visitors of the building can see literally under the pens and into the keyboards of journalists thanks to the meeting bridge.
A truly unique building complex, harmoniously connecting two historic houses with the trends of modern architecture, was built in Nový Bor. The composition of two old buildings, supplemented by a glass house connected to the surrounding buildings, gained the attention of the professional public and also the title Building of the Year 2020 ("Stavba roku 2020”).
The Brama Miasta office complex in Łódź, Poland, is clearly recognizable not only by the corten steel exterior façade, but also by the comic strips inside, which represent the city's history on each of the building's 13 floors.
