Praga Studios project is situated in Prague 8 and it is a final stage of the conversion of former ČKD industrial plant into an office complex. Project is in accordance with Ricardo Bofill master plan by creating a new street through large urban block. The construction will connect the streets of Pernerova and Křižíkova and create a new busy area in the heart of Karlín district.

Praga Studios, with a total rental area of nearly 12,000 square meters and seven floors, offers not only state-of-the-art office space but also an atrium whose smart design allows for concerts, theater performances and art exhibitions. The layout of space creates a place that can be used as a stage and the atypical stairway can be used as an auditorium. The completion date of Praga Studios is in 2019.
