World-renowned Foster + Partners architects are finalizing the first office tower in 50 years, that will occupy one whole block of New York's Park Avenue. The building was selected by Dezeen magazine among the 12 most interesting projects to be completed this year.
The new office building 425 Park Avenue aims to set new standards for workplace design. And experts appreciate that the full-block office development will be the first New York building to meet WELL standards for a healthy work environment.
The 41-storey office tower will grow to a height of over 230 meters. Thanks to the tapered outer steel-concrete structure, the building with high ceilings will have interiors completely without columns.
