Nineteen months in one minute. From the first dig, to the last bush on the green roof. Take a look under the cover (or rather behind the fence) of Skanska, which completed its latest office project at Prague's Pankrác this year.
The coronavirus crisis is changing society. Some industries are forced to involuntary hibernation, others gained the opportunity to accelerate growth. The latter include also virtual browsing technology, which currently helps especially the real estates and the office industry.
The new London skyscraper named 22 Bishopsgate is close to completion. Once opened, it will be the second largest building in the EU (until Brexit). Its architects have shaped its design in cooperation with specialists from the army, Formula 1, and IT.

The winners of the twelfth edition of the world’s biggest architectural awards programme will be announced in December in Amsterdam.
New office building called the Praga Studios with a total leasable area of 11,800 sq m, located on Pernerova Street in Prague’s Karlín neighbourhood, has been fully leased out. The Grand Opening of the building is being prepared for Thursday 29th August 2019.
