The competition of the best projects on the Czech real estate market "Best of Realty 2020" knows the winners. ČSOB bank won in the category of New Administrative Centers with its southern part of the headquarters called SHQ located in Prague 5.
A record number of 21 projects applied in the seventh year of the Green Rooftop of the Year Competition. The roof in the metropolis, the multifunctional office building in Vizovice or the Prague reservoir planted with meadow flowers are among the winners.
A total of three wooden bulbs grew up in the middle of E.ON's headquarters in České Budějovice (CZE). The combination of moss, wood and herbs successfully breaks down corporate sterility.
The office building completed in 2019 in Prague won CIJ Hall of Fame Awards 2020. Skanska as its developer was also awarded with the “Best innovation” title for its smart building operating system.
Renowned architect Eva Jiřičná and other professional jurors met and decided on the winners of the CBRE Art of Space Awards 2020, the commercial real estate competition. Office buildings in Prague and Dobříš scored among others in the six main categories.
eVolo magazine has announced the best visionary skyscraper projects in the 2020 Skyscraper Competition. The jury was most interested in the designs of a a rapid-deployment hospital skyscraper, a vertical park and fishing houses facing the rising sea level.
